Shipping & Returns
We usually ship out within 3 business days, and delivery time is an additional 2-7 business days, estimated. We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before your event to allow for processing and shipping time. All delivery dates are not guaranteed and should only be used as estimates. Standard shipping will be sent with either USPS First Class mail or UPS Ground.
We offer Priority Mail at checkout for U.S. buyers, which expedites their processing to 1-2 days and estimated delivery time to 1-3 business days. Delivery date is provided by USPS and not guaranteed, though very reliable in our experience.
For orders needed urgently, we can ship Express mail by request. Please contact us with a screenshot of your cart, delivery zip code, and date needed by.
Contact us right away if you need to make to any changes to your address. If we already shipped your order, we can no longer change it but you can place a new order with the correct address. If the original order with the wrong address gets sent back to us, we'll issue a refund for your original order, excluding shipping fees.
If there's an issue with your delivery, including lost, stolen or delayed packages, please contact USPS or UPS directly. They can assist you best with delivery issues. Once we drop off your package at the post office, it's out of our hands! If you need assistance or more information to file a claim, feel free to send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sorry, we currently do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, we want you to be happy with your order! If your order is missing an item or you were sent an incorrect or damaged item, please message us within 5 days of delivery. We require a photo and return of the merchandise before processing a return or exchange. Replacements will be sent out as soon as we can! Please email email@example.com for help with your order.
Once an order is placed, it goes into processing and we can no longer cancel it. However if you need any changes to your order, please do not hesitate to message us as soon as possible!
International shipping varies. Oh Shiny Inc cannot be responsible for any custom and duty fees, taxes, or brokerage fees. Due to customs and different carrier systems, we cannot guarantee delivery time. Tracking may not work after it leaves the United States. Please contact us if you would like to ship with UPS or Fedex with insurance.

How do I store my reusable air-filled balloons?
Store them in a large box or container and keep them in a cool and dry place. Avoid any areas under sunlight. When they start to deflate overtime, simply grab a straw and blow air back into them!
How do I properly dispose of my balloons after my event?
Help us protect the environment and wildlife: Do not release balloons into the air, as romantic or beautiful as it may look in the movies. Lost balloons eventually find their way into the ocean, endangering the sea creatures that get stuck in them. Mylar balloons can also cause damage to power lines - yikes! Remember to secure balloons to a weight heavy enough to anchor the balloon. Throw latex balloons away in the trash and re-use mylar ones over and over again.

How do I prevent my balloons from popping?
Avoid any direct sunlight and heat if possible. When inflating with helium, make sure to inflate slowly to prevent overfilling. Overfilling the balloons will cause it to pop. Mylar helium balloons must be filled using the correct helium tank valve for mylar balloons.
How long do balloons last?
It depends on the size, helium quality, and environment! When kept indoors at room temperature, standard 11" latex balloons last 8-12 hours. Confetti balloons last 4-8 hours. Giant 3ft latex balloons and mylar balloons can float for 2-5 days! Balloons kept outdoors will have shorter float times.
