How do I store my reusable air-filled balloons?
Store them in a large box or container and keep them in a cool and dry place. Avoid any areas under sunlight. When they start to deflate overtime, simply grab a straw and blow air back into them!

How do I prevent my balloons from popping?
Avoid any direct sunlight and heat if possible. When inflating with helium, make sure to inflate slowly to prevent overfilling. Overfilling the balloons will cause it to pop. Read more details about balloon care here.

How do I properly dispose of my balloons after my event?
Help us protect the environment and wildlife: Do not release balloons into the air, as romantic or beautiful as it may look in the movies. Lost balloons eventually find their way into the ocean, endangering the sea creatures that get stuck in them. Mylar balloons can also cause damage to powerlines - yikes! Throw latex balloons away in the trash and re-use mylar ones over and over again. 

How do I assemble my letter balloon banner kit?
We provide twine, a straw and complete instructions for an easy assembly experience.

I need by order by a certain date… will it arrive on time?
Email us (ohshinypaperco@gmail.com) or message us on Etsy (www.ohshinypaperco.etsy.com) noting the item you want to purchase and event date to see if we can rush your order in time. Read more on our shipping policy here.

Do you do custom orders?
Yes, we can customize balloon banner kits to spell anything you like! We can also customize party boxes to fit your theme and color. Just message us to see if what we have in stock.

I just made a purchase but the wrong address is listed… can you change it?
Your purchases will be sent to the Etsy address specified in your order. Please make sure the address is spelled correctly. If you need to have the package sent somewhere else please write the address in the note to seller. We cannot be responsible for issues related to incorrect and/or undeliverable addresses after the item is shipped.

Do you ship internationally?
Shipping to Canada usually takes an average of 2 weeks. International shipping to other countries is available through custom request and shipping time varies by location. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees and taxes that may occur. 

What is your return policy?
Sorry, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or the incorrect item was shipped. Please check your order as soon as you receive it and message us if there are any issues. We will prioritize and resolve the problem as soon as possible. Additional buyer-selected shipping costs, such as priority, express, or third-party shipping labels are responsibility of the buyer and cannot be refunded under any circumstance. 

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are not accepted after payment has posted. Exchanges are allowed until item has marked as shipped or 24 hours after paymenet, whichever occurs first. Cancellations are not accepted for custom orders. However if you need any changes to your order, please do not hesitate to message us as soon as possible! Email us or message us on our Etsy shop to discuss an exchange.
